No connection with Mojang or Microsoft
NimBlock is not an official Minecraft service. It is neither approved by nor associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB; it is named here only to identify the game that NimBlock lets you play.
Servers created from NimBlock run Paper, free server software distributed by the PaperMC project.
Intellectual property
The name "NimBlock", the logo, the visual identity, the texts, the interface and the platform's code are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
What you create stays yours: the plugins you build in the studio, your servers' worlds and everything you put in them remain your property. You can export them and take them elsewhere; that is what the export is for.
Reporting content
A server hosting manifestly unlawful content, a published plugin that infringes a right, behaviour that breaks the terms: write to team@nimblock.com, describing precisely what is at issue and where. Every report is looked at.
