How to request deletion

Write to team@nimblock.com from your account's address, with "account deletion" as the subject. That is what proves the request is yours: you will never be asked for identity documents.

You get an answer within a month, and usually within a few days. If you are under 18, your parents can make the request for you.

What is erased

• Your account: your email address, the digest of your password, your sign-in dates.
• Your servers: their configuration, their containers, and the worlds inside them.
• Your plugins and every version of them.
• Your game servers' logs, which live in the server's volume and disappear with it.

⚠️ Download your worlds first: the panel hands you the archive in one button, and after deletion there is nothing left to retrieve.

What is kept, and for how long

• The web server's technical logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp): 14 days, then automatic deletion. They serve security, never audience measurement.
• Proof that you accepted the terms and the Minecraft EULA: kept for the applicable limitation period, because that is what establishes who operated the server.

Nothing else is kept, nothing is sold, and nothing is passed to a third party.

An inactive account erases itself

An account left twelve months without a sign-in is deleted, along with its servers and their worlds. You do not have to do anything for a forgotten account to go away on its own.

Deleting only part of it

You can delete a server or a plugin from the panel without touching the account. For everything else (access, rectification, portability, objection), the privacy policy says how, at the same address.
